eManage Insight provides an intuitive, user friendly process to manage customer quotes from multiple salespeople across multiple departments.

Quote documents are generated using your existing process and a corresponding record is created in eManage Insight along with all pertinent customer and job/project information. The quote document is then attached to the eManage Insight record for immediate and future reference.
Each quote record in eManage Insight contains the following:
- Quote Number - For tracking purposes
- Customer
- Salesperson
- Job Location and Description
- Quote Status (Pending, Awarded, Lost, Cancelled)
- All attached documentation
Quotes are managed through an easy-to-use interface. Salespeople look at a list of their quotes and see details immediately. Beats having to thumb through files!
