The day before a job begins, dispatch will begin the process of issuing work tickets. The work tickets are generated and issued to those responsible for returning them. These work tickets immediately appear on a list of outstanding work tickets so if they are not returned from the field in a timely manner, there is a record of who them and when it was issued.
Work tickets are returned, the details are entered into eManage Insight, scanned and attached, and made instantly available for the billing process. (also handled in eManage Insight by the way!)
